Pennys Group has recently started with the demolition of the old pharmacy at the Royal United Hospital in Bath which will pave the way for construction of its new therapies centre.

Replacing the old pharmacy will be a new outpatient centre that will bring together the RUH’s rheumatology, pain and therapies services.

Facilities will include a new hydrotherapy pool, a gym, a therapeutic garden and clinical areas to improve the patient experience. The new centre is expected to be completed by 2019.
