The Mendip Nature Reserve committee reached out to Penny’s Group seeking assistance with a litter pick initiative along Green Ore Road, adjacent to our waste depot location. In response, Penny’s Group generously supplied bin bags for the collection of litter, and also granted access to licensed waste disposal at our waste transfer station. The collaboration between Mendip Nature Reserve committee and Penny’s Group aims to enhance the cleanliness of the local environment, with hopes that the community will take notice of the effort. Moving forward, Pennys Group continue to support similar litter pick events to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable community environment.
